Rixathon Concentrate for Solution for Infusion

Chinese Name：洛希隆注射劑
Indications:
1. Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (1) For relapsed or chemotherapy-resistant low-grade B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. (2) Concomitant use of CVP chemotherapy for patients with untreated mild (follicular) B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. (3) Combined use of CHOP or other chemotherapy for diffuse large B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma positive for CD20 antigen. (4) It is used as maintenance therapy for patients with follicular lymphoma after they respond to induction therapy.
2. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (1) It is suitable for combined use with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide as the first-line drug for patients with CD20-positive chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). (2) It is suitable for combined use with chemotherapy as a therapeutic drug for relapsed/refractory CD20-positive chronic lymphocytic leukemia patients.
3. Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA) (Wegener's granulomatosis) and Microscopic Polyangiitis (MPA): combined with glucocorticoids, it is suitable for the treatment of granuloma in adults vasculitis (GPA, also known as Wegener's granulomatosis) and microscopic polyangiitis (MPA).
